40 Year Pictureplate Quality Guarantee

We are proud to make our Pictureplate to the highest quality standards and guarantee its durability for 40 years of normal household use.
If a Pictureplate is supplied to you with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it free of charge with an identical copy. If we don't have the picture on file, we'll replace it with your new drawing.
Outside of Australia and New Zealand, a postage charge will apply.
Note that our Accidental Breakage cover also applies.
What we cover

Delamination: where the surface of the plate chips off

Blemishes (except minor paper creases): where there is a lump, bump, chalky area or very prominent paper crease on the front of the plate

Dishwasher damage: some dishwashers have been known to cause many small blisters to appear on the surface of the plate, in these cases we will replace the plate one time only and request that it not be cleaned in that dishwasher again

Very off-centred image: where the image has moved more than 2cm away from the centre of the plate

Significant 'wobble' when placed on a table, though a small amount of wobble is not covered
What we don't cover

Minor paper creases, even if they can be felt: as an unavoidable effect of moulding a flat paper drawing onto a curved plate, unless these are very prominent we do not replace them

Microwave damage: Pictureplates are not suitable for microwave use

Minor 'wobble' when placed on a table

Trimmed-off details from the edge of the drawing: our templates advise not to write names or dates within 2cm of the edge of the plate, so we do not cover if these do not make it onto the plate

Use of non-recommended art materials e.g. pencils, glitter: a list of recommended materials is printed on each drawing template
How to claim
Email us at info@pictureproducts.com with a photo of the whole plate, and a close-up of the fault. Include, if possible:
- the re-order number
- the child's name
- the school and year of the order
If your claim is successful, we will remake your plate within two weeks.
