Accidental Breakage Cover

We know that there is nothing worse than receiving your treasured item and having it break. We freely replace all products broken within one year of delivery, regardless of the cause of the breakage.
Outside of Australia and New Zealand, a postage charge will apply.
We don't cover Pictureplates that have been damaged by misuse, for example in the microwave, or that otherwise wouldn't be covered under the Pictureplate Quality Guarantee.
How to claim
Email us at info@pictureproducts.com with a photo of the whole product. Include, if possible:
- the re-order number
- the child's name
- the school and year of the order
If your claim is successful, we will remake your product within two weeks.
