Online Store Orders

In this document, 'we/us' refers to Pictureproducts, 'customer' refers to the school, centre or other organisation which set up the Online Store facility, and 'you' refers to the person placing an order through the customer's Online Store.
A customer may ask us to accept orders and payments on their behalf through the Online Store facility. If you make a payment through a customer's Online Store, you authorise us to hold and use that payment in accordance with these Terms.
Payment processing fee
We add a reasonable payment processing fee to every credit card payment we take, which goes towards paying the merchant fees we incur for this service. This fee is currently $1 AUD (incl GST) and is subject to change.
Customer's responsibility to check
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all artwork orders are accurate before sending them in for production.
Pictureproducts will not be responsible if the order placed by the customer does not match the order as submitted by you through their Online Store.
Use of your information
The information you enter when placing an order through a customer's Online Store will be made available to the customer's authorised Organiser for the purpose of completing their Pictureproducts project, for example, determining which families have paid for which items.
Use of your funds
We will use the payment we are holding on the customer's behalf in settlement of the customer's Pictureproducts invoices. When the project is completed, all remaining credit will be remitted back to the customer as their profit.
Refunds and chargebacks
At your request, we will refund your payment back to your original method of payment, if we still hold it. If we no longer hold the payment, we will direct you to contact the customer.
If we suspect a payment has been made fraudulently, we may at our discretion issue an immediate refund, with or without prior notice, to reduce the risk of a credit card chargeback being issued.
If the card owner does issue a credit card chargeback, we will pass on any costs incurred to the customer.
